Accordingly, the new regulation from the Ministry of Health, which provides massive restrictions on the freedom of unvaccinated persons, applies at least until after the Christmas holidays. Under point 3e it says that only “the satisfaction of basic religious needs, such as visits to the cemetery and individual visits to places of worship” are permitted. Unvaccinated people are still allowed to enter churches, but not take part in collective events such as church services. According to the ordinance, you cannot go to church with your family on Christmas Eve. The only exception under the new regulation: funerals.
Unvaccinated people are allowed to leave their own living area, for example
– When there is imminent danger
– When they have to look after family members
– When you have to go shopping
– If you want to visit individual close relatives or your partner
– When you want to meet individual important caregivers
– If you need to see a doctor or want to be vaccinated
– When you have to meet your housing needs
– Cemetery visits and individual visits to places of worship
– Caring for animals
– Professional purposes
– Outdoor sports and recreation
– Appointments with authorities or court hearings
– Participation in elections
– Only enter certain shops, such as the post office, drugstore, newspaper kiosks, pharmacies, pet shops, petrol stations, tobacconists, workshops
In addition, the following applies:
In future, the mask requirement will apply in all public places in closed rooms. Unvaccinated people are no longer allowed to use catering facilities and they are only allowed to pick up food and drinks between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m. It is also recommended to switch to home office wherever possible. In all old people’s and nursing homes, 2.5G will apply instead of the previous 3G.
