“We all remember exactly where we were on the evening of November 2nd, 2020. It was the last lukewarm autumn evening, on the eve of the lockdown. Lots of people were sitting in the pub gardens in downtown Vienna when the gunshots suddenly rang out around 8 o’clock in the evening. I wanted to have a cozy evening at home – alarmed by the events, I immediately drove to the operations center to get an idea, ”recalls Michael Ludwig.
