Four points from two games are enough for FC Salzburg to take the lead in Group G of the UEFA Champions League. On the previous day of the match, the Bulls were able to prevail 2-1 against OSC Lille, before they had a 1-1 draw in Sevilla. This run of success is to be continued against the VFL Wolfsburg.

The Bulls have scored all three goals from the penalty spot so far. In total there were even five whistles in the opponent’s penalty area – twice, however, was fired against Sevilla.

VFL Wolfsburg is still unbeaten after a 0-0 win against Lille and a 1-1 draw against Sevilla. The wolves are currently in third place in the table. The last time in the German Bundesliga was a 2-0 defeat against Union Berlin.
