New Loki trailer
With Falcon and the Winter Soldier at full capacity, Marvel and Disney have to start thinking about their next big project. We refer, of course, to Loki, a series that will be focused on the Thor’s stepbrother and of which we had already seen a first video preview a few months ago. In it we sensed that it would be a fairly dynamic proposal and with a certain funny point (in line with the character), something that is revealed again in the second official trailer.
With more than two minutes of duration, it explains much better the situation in which Loki finds himself, who will be accused by the Guardians of Time having altered reality and the correct flow of time by stealing the Tesseract – remember that this occurs in the movie of Avengers: Endgame. His redemption? Help this organization fix it.
The trailer looks (very) promising and there are many fans who are looking forward to the premiere of the series, scheduled for June 11.

A complete preview, right? If you feel overwhelmed with so much information, surely it would be great for you to review some of its highlights now. Are you wondering who the girl is who comes out at minute 2:06 on her back? Or where have you seen in the past the Roxxcart poster that appears in min. 2:20?
Return of the Skrulls?
It seems that a Skrull has crept into the Loki series. When our protagonist is escorted by the Agents of the Time Guardians, at the beginning of the trailer, a Skrull can be seen – in the lower screenshot, on the right. Remember that this creature has already made an appearance in several films of the saga, in Wandavision and we know that he will have his own series with Nick Fury in the future Secret Invasion.
They are everywhere.
Roxxon Corporation
At minute 1:20 we see an image in which you can see a sign that says Roxxcart. The typeface is similar to that of Roxxon Corporation, so it is to be expected, as pointed out in Insider, that are closely related.
This conglomerate, led by Hugh Jones, has been active since the 1940s and in it it was created a nitramene weapon based on a formula created by Howard Stark (Tony Stark’s father).
The logo has appeared in numerous titles such as Agent Carter, Iron Man, Iron Man 2, in one of Marvel’s One Shots and even in Daredevil.
The Avengers tower is destroyed
At one point in the trailer we see Loki in what looks like a post-apocalyptic New York set with the Avengers Tower, which Tony Stark created, destroyed. We imagine that it is a time jump (the series will be full of them given the theme) in which our protagonist finds a devastating image of the future.
Asgard is not forgotten
Loki will also have time to travel to Asgard in his series. At minute 1:42 we can see him on the throne of the kingdom, dressed in his best clothes. It should be remembered that this world was destroyed in Thor Ragnarok and that the Asgardians who fled were relocated to a new town on Earth, in Norway, which they called New Asgard, led by Valkyrie, so clearly this time jump will be towards the last.
A supposed walk through Pompeii
The temporary trips do not end with the locations described but there will be many more. Another proof of this is that it seems that Loki will also travel to Pompeii – yes, the mythical Italian city. In the previous trailer, the character was seen in a similar location and in the background some broken Roman numerals were seen (only LXXI is read) while in this trailer he is seen in front of Mobius while a cloud of smoke advances behind him.
Pompeii was buried in AD 79, which would be LXXIX, so the Roman numeral that could be missing in the frame could be perfectly X and the moment we see in this new video the eruption of Mount Vesuvius that covered the entire city.
¿Black Widow o Lady Loki?
This scene, seen in the first trailer of the Disney series, was one of those that aroused the most debate and expectation. In it, Loki is seen with a woman whose appearance (especially because of her haircut and color) is very reminiscent of Black Widow – it should be noted that when she died she had her hair longer and collected with a braid. They are sitting on some rocks and the stage in purple tones reminds Vormir (where Natasha precisely sacrificed herself to get the Soul Stone).
We still cannot decipher who it is in this new trailer, but many fans theorize with the possibility that it is Lady Loki, a female version of our protagonist in the comics and that she would be played by Sophia Di Martino (who is known to be part of the cast of the series, with an unknown role).
